Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be *unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, including the sealed outer packaging.
Certain products are non-returnable, including perishable goods such as food and flowers.
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial or No Refunds (If Applicable)
We may issue partial or no refunds in the following situations:
– Items returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Refund Process

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please email us at info@honeyking.com.au for return shipping instructions.
– Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
– If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
– Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
